Frame rate drop after installing patch 1.02 (konami)

Anybody else experienced this and found a fix for it? Practically ruined the game for me. Please help anyone...:PRAY:
 
After applying 1.02 patch, im experiencing some slowdowns ('keeper had having the ball at that moment). Tried new/old nvidia drivers, did system's drive and game's folder defragmentation, vsync on/off. I thought it was just my personal problem, because demo and previous versions ran smoothly.
