There used to be a few awesome english-arabic translator sites (like babelfish) in the past, but they closed down after they learned that they could make lots of money selling their services as software. To my knowledge, there are no free translator site today.

BTW, for those intested, al-zaeem is the nickname of the Saudi club al-Hilal. Al-Zaeem basically means "The Leader", because they used to lead almost any competetion in the ME. Recently they've become poo and wee.
