@jihado that´s what you say..i just miss him as a supporter and i know that his partnership with Gerrard was extraordinary..

besides he didn´t won in Madrid more than he did at LFC..
 
He was a great player who was under-valued. It's good for him that he left. He did win more in Real and I don't think jihado was being sarcastic. He was saying the truth, that being that Xabi Alonso was and is a great player.

Liverpool misses him to this day! And it's mostly Rafa's fault. Not that he would've refused Real Madrid and chance to go back to Spain anyway.
 
yeah and I only meant that Liverpool are suffering after he left, they are in the same level as Everton, Fulham, Stoke, for example ..

they have great deffense, good forwards .. but the midfielders are average ..
Gerrard is dying (in performance), the others aren't for Liverpool, except Adam ..
 
This guy's scoring hunger and ruthlessness in doing so kind of reminds me of Batistuta. Incredible.
 
Why was Torres sad? Bottom line is he didn't deserve to start the final. He couldn't expect things to be gifted to him as he has been below average this season. Not getting called up for the Euro's would kill him if that made him sad.
