I read about it, I think I got some of the arguments, but I can't estimate if it really had the impact in France that our media is telling us. Could someone from France please tell me, if this move is really seen as antisemitic as reported (some media even said it's like a small Hitlergruss).

Nope it isn't. The whole anti-semitic was pure speculation/false interpretation to Dieudonné's intention, he used it as metaphoric middle finger to the French authorities and current minsters and somehow that got distorted. Anelka's gesture was a special dedication to his friend, nothing more.
