Not sure if it's true or not but I know it's Liverpool's decision to forcefully sell him.

And here's the goal from the special defender. There's only one Luiz.
David Luiz Awesome Goal!

Great goal , but I feel he's overrated player , he's not as near as people make him !

Who's overrated Luiz? Yeah he had some bad days, but lets not forget that he guy is a starter for both his club and country (hell he's currently the captain of Brazil) he must be doing something good.

Yeah the club transfer listed him but the first Chelsea offer weren't good. They wanted more money for him. Almost the same thing happened with Owen.

bullshit, the club signed a long term extension to his contract and Torres handed transfer request late in the January transfer window unexpected, becouse he wanted to leave...

LFC were left with no striker as n.9, even if they already got Suarez who they wanted to partner Torres. Then they panicked and bought Carroll....rest is history.

get your facts straight..don´t make Torres the victim here, he fucked with the club, fans and city by gaving transfer request, of course the club had no other option than to sell, since we are not Man. City to allow us refuse 50 mil. offer for our best striker at the time.

Why would he leave Liverpool out of nothing? Chelsea offered him good money after he was transfer listed. And not just Chelsea but many good clubs. And to be honest, Liverpool developed him and destroyed him aswell.

transfer listed? he was the main striker who signed a long term deal with the club in 2009... it was him who gave transfer request IN THE LAST HOURS TO THE END OF THE TRANSFER WINDOW, wich is realy bad for the club to do anything about it. + In the link above the club statement was clear, he was not for sale..

your arguments are just funny.

Liverpool made him the best striker in world and didn´t destroy him at all. While at Liverpool he became europa and world champion with Spain. He wanted more of his career, but his career never returned to better since..

not sure why i even reply on this...perhaps becouse he would have been LFC legend if he didn´t move to Chelsea...

No one just wanna quit when they feel like it. Only when someone forcefully tell him to do that. Torres was a great striker before at Atletico Madrid leading them to what they are now. And Liverpool developed him and made him even better(because that's what they are good at) but at the end of the day after the new owner bought Liverpool wanted to sell him on a big price because of his injury(don't know how it happened) and Torres didn't like the things which were going on and left the club by his own decision for good. last reaction and end of offtopic from my side:

i won´t comment on nonsense posts so this is my last reply to this matter..

where in those two articles there is just one mention about the owners forced Torres to hand a transfer request..?

handing a transfer request becouse having personal issues in late hours to the end of transfer window is one thing and signing a long term deal as a sign from the club of how they rate the player and want him to stay is another.

do you realy mean the club wanted to get rid of Torres just to splash crazy money on Andy Carroll?! He was a very quick and very overpayed solution but the club at that time had not much choices leaving last hours of transfer window...without the icon of the club and angry fans and especially without a n.9....so they did wanted to risk it i guess...and buy a quick replacement. From todays perspective it is a painfull replacement, but if your argument was true, at least there would have been some planing and adequate replacement avileable + 35 milions (dear god what have we done) from Torres money wouldn´t be spended on Carroll for sure...

that makes no sense at all.

edit: these two sentences are totall oposite:

direct Torres quote from one of your articles: ‘They made promises that they didn’t keep and I left because I realised I didn’t have time to be part of a project that would take years.’

So that is the reason, and it was pretty much selfish giving the fact he renewed his contract only a year ago. + the way he left by making a transfer request in worst possible time for the club to react. So realy only good thing that came from it was the money the club couldn´t even handle from all the stress of selling the idol of many fans and the icon of the team at that time.

His career took a nosedive before he left for Chelsea

Jesus! Suarez is one messed up human being and needs some serious help. Should be banned from playing football in Europe.

F.A would probably do nothing because it happened against Chelsea. Next time Suarez will eat all the players at Chelsea and the F.A will roll on the floor and laugh their fat asses off. More of the pics for your enjoyment.
