What are full manual controls? It is a setting in FIFA that gives you full 360 aim degree control and full control of the power bar, as opposed to the default "assisted" setting in which the computer interprets and "assists" your passes and shots for you.

Full Manual is all about freedom and total control of play, enabling passes and shots that are not possible on other settings.

for 1v1 friendlies, yes that possible

You can change: gameplay speed, controls filter (any, semi, manual), and half length

Unfortunately these options are not available in pro clubs or co-op (heck co-op friendlies don't even exist at all)
