Hey mate!
I could test a bit your work in the week, so here is an honest feedback.
First of all I like a lot what you did graphically with the patch, even tho the original lightning is sacred
, it was still very nice to see. The ball of the right size also makes the game almost look like a new one (I know the single right size ball is around since some time now, but I've never tried it before).
Gameplay wise, unfortunately I feel like with the mod on there is something that makes the defenses and the players kinda soft in the one vs ones. I played some friendlies and then I started a career with Sevilla, and in the Supercup against Barça was a bit too easy to score.
However! I restored the default files and re-applied your locale.ini alone (with my favouring CPU sliders, mainly acc 49 me/ 50 CPU, also Sprint Speed 52/52), replayed the same exact match... and it was a completely different experience! Barça mauled me, then I proceeded to play many other matches in La Liga and it was very easily the toughest experience I've ever had on Fifa 17. Defense is tight and CPU is quite good in offense (I love that they use the shielding way more than in vanilla). I think between this locale and the cl.ini of 16 you did some of my favourite mods around (you also seem to love aggressive CPU just like me!).
