It feels like some of the vanilla offensive AI shown in the video below is gone after using the Lite version of the mod. But it could just be my imagination, since I rarely actually play the game.

Do one thing. Clear the Moddata, Run Frosty as Admin, then re-apply all your mods plus this one. Try it and see if it fixes it or not.

I don't get any error messages in Frosty, but the game won't start

It shouldn't affect this though, maybe it's a placebo, like you said.
