Try downloading this zip file and copy gameplayattrib.big inside "[FIFA Installation Folder]/data/attribdbgameplay" ⬇️

Sure! I got it from vivianroberto thread on soccergaming, it's in the original attribdb-editor-pro zip file.

Inside below .zip are the gameplayattribdb.big (found it on this forum shared by @DevPlays) and VivTool to merge changes of attribdb gameplay.

Did anyone managed to fix the issue in FIFA 16 where all the teams plays the same way? Like obsessed with tiki taka?

I managed to lessen it, by toning down vision parameters in attribdbgameplay, but that doesn't give each team a different style, and still, they play like really fast. Might need to review it and make it more pronounced, but tbh, I feel the game lacks a bit of some personality trait for players.

It was fixed in FIFA 17. Maybe a better base would be FIFA 14 but afaik, you can't mod it.
