Fifa 10 Create-A-Player Problems

Hey guys I've been having a problem with a creating a few players on Fifa. I tried to make a couple of the players like Conor Wickham for Ipswich but once I have done everything and saved it, the players name is left blank, is there a way to get around it or will it not let me do it for whatever reason, any help is appreciated...
