Much more realistic and difficult than vanilla. Players feel way heavier, sometimes too much for my personal taste, especially when trying to get the ball back from CPU, so I'd appreciate a slightly faster & lighter version. CPU is way deadlier with this mod, it actually punishes your mistakes! Tried in WC difficulty

Hi, first of all thanks for the mod. I have a question regarding Player-based difficulty, where can i find this option? i play in spanish and cant see any option like this that in spanish should be something like (dificultad basada en el jugador).

in the match settings. in the pre-game menu. even in the career mode, only there you can change it. Once changed, it will remain for the next games.

A my small review
Thanks for your effort. I liked the gameplay; I can't really single out any particular flaw, but overall it's better than the original. However, there's one thing that ruins it for me: the players don't sprint at all. Okay, so they've become heavier. But there's no sprinting, even when there's plenty of space ahead of the player, and in normal gameplay, they would sprint.

And it feels like the sprint animation is blocked. I'm talking about when you set the acceleration sliders to 35, for example, the sprint animation disappears, but at 36, it appears. Maybe it's a different value, but anyone who's set them up knows what I mean. Overall, the lack of sprinting is my only suggestion for improvement in the future. It's just that if it's intended this way, it's not entirely realistic. Even if you take a regular football player, with a slow speed in real life, like a Giroud, when he accelerates, it's noticeable, but unfortunately, it's not in the game.

And yeah, all settings are correctly like in instruction

If you’re using Live Editor, check that you haven’t changed the game speed and that it’s set to 1.00. This issue isn’t caused by my mod—you’re the only one reporting it ;)

ULTRA REALISTIC GAMEPLAY 1.8 Alpha Test is here!

I’ve said it from the start: my goal is to replicate a real football match. There’s criticism — I don’t care. I’m staying the course.

Let’s be clear: don’t say “it’s slow.” It isn’t. This is a real match pace. On first touch you feel the player’s weight under your control while keeping true fluidity. He goes where you want, at the speed you choose, and dribbling remains agile. Yes, when receiving a pass, it’s human: he traps the ball — sometimes poorly — then sets off with inertia. You feel every movement, constantly, yet fluidly.

Match tempo is greatly improved. I’ll repeat it: this is a TV-style pace — you’ll need to build your plays, defend well, and think.

I’ve done major work on the AI in 1.8. It runs and acts like a human in every decision: it makes mistakes in front of goal, fails dribbles, misplaces passes, controls the tempo, reads opportunities… its choices will surprise you.

Second — and one of the most important points in 1.8: increased pass inaccuracy on “Semi” (the assistance I consider mandatory with my mod). The receiver logic is improved too: it no longer locks the target as soon as the pass is played and lets the ball’s trajectory unfold naturally to the recipient.

Fixed nets that bugged out after goals: reactions are now realistic.

Train your brain to the rhythm of real football; that’s why, in the first few minutes, you’ll think, “but this is slow…”.
Learn to appreciate the build-up play and enjoy every movement your players make.
Trust me.
Plenty more improvements to discover.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: YOU MUST KEEP THESE SETTINGS IF YOU WANT TO PRESERVE THE URG 1.8 EXPERIENCE. ⚠️
  • ⚠️Assistance: Semi / Manual
  • ⚠️Difficulty: Any
  • ⚠️Authentic Mod: Enabled (Set all sliders to Authentic. Avoid changing them—or just keep the locked Realistic mode preset.)
  • ⚠️Player-based difficulty : OFF
  • ⚠️AI Tactics: Default (all sliders at 50)
  • ⚠️ Weather effects and wind: DISABLED (for now). I haven’t worked on this yet.

Make sure you haven’t lowered or raised the game speed with Aranaktu’s Live Editor, as it can ruin the overall experience. If you’re using Live Editor, ensure the speed is set to 1.00.

The Realistic Broadcast TV camera is included in my gameplay mod for maximum realism—I highly recommend using it.
Enjoy even greater realism with enhanced LOD (Level of Detail) graphics:

The gameplay feels great, the pace of the game is real, but the AI isn't aggressive, even in Legendary mode. They almost never shoot from outside the box, and the midfielders don't risk passing forward. I noticed a drop in difficulty overall.
These points could probably be improved.

Hello, do you think the game with this gameplay mod is worth it? I have been a PES player for over 20 years, but I don't want to buy a game and not use it. I thank the creator of this gameplay because not only is it free and it looks amazing. I am sorry for this message and I apologize in advance to the creator for posting my message here, but I would like to have some opinions, and a short video would be great. A huge thank you to the whole community

After reinstalling the game, and installing 1.8, seems to be fixed)

Here's my feedback on your gameplay mod (French to English translation):

+
The physics, the movement, the pace of the match.
We feel the weight of the players more, it's perfect.

-
The AI is weaker for me; it plays slower. It thinks too much before performing an action, which leaves time to easily take the ball away. I've played quite a bit without your mod before, and it's obvious.
I concede much less action.

What could be improved:

The AI's overall pressure, having less time to complete our passes. Feeling rushed. Increasing fouls and the intensity of matches.

The ideal for me would be to split your mod into sub-parts so that you can only use your physical GP and player movement.

Thank you

Thank you for the feedback — you’re absolutely right.
I’ll address this as soon as possible.
