Mmmmh, i don't know....maybe yes, maybe no...
I have a strange feeling and I wanted to ask if it MAY BE that the GP stops working ingame after a while??
Could it be or is it impossible?
I played a couple of games this evening and after a couple of matches the game felt very different, quite vanilla.
Everything i like about the GP was gone: The speed when accelerating was almost instantly there, the passes were very fast, CPU did not make any distant shots and i even witnessed 2 fould by the CPU (yellow cards).
Is it just i get used to the changed feeling after a certain amount of time?

Maybe it could have something to do with this:
In my manager career i skipped some games by simulating them (fast).
I don't know exactly, but i had the feeling that after that the game returned to vanilla.

I need to do some more exploration about that. But not today anymore and "unfortunately" not within the upcoming week as i will be on vacation (damn! :SHOCK::P)
I'm really curious about your new version after 1 week of my abstinence :)


If you run into this issue, do the following:
  1. Restart your PC (this often fixes it).
  2. Delete the "EA SPORTS FC 26" folder from the Temp directory:
    C:\Users\Utilisateur\AppData\Local\Temp
  3. Reinstall the mod in FMM.
Always check at game launch that the Ultra Realistic Gameplay logo appears—that’s proof the mod is active!

Did you know that the crappy framerate desyncing in the Frostbite engine can make a match feel different depending on when the game is launched?
What resources Windows allocates, what processor core it uses, etc.

Frostbite's adaptation is very poor at achieving consistency so that a match, the same match, feels the same in two different moments.

If you are going to do long gaming sessions, I recommend restarting your PC (full reboot) and praying.
 
Ok so quick feedback , playing career with man utd, world class difficulty , lob pass and crosses on manual , shooting on precision, everything else on semi . played 4 games first one with leeds 1-1 . they scored from corner kick, second burnley won 3-1, but the whole game was hard overall, scored last two goals in 80 + minute. one was ai mistake. third game fa cup against port vale , rather easy game easy to control won 3-0, they had a couple of chances but overall it as pretty realistic in terms of player quality. last game against manchester city 1-1 , real nail bitter , they scored wirst with solo effort from the winger winger cut in on goal, dribbled past defender and scored a goal in the lower corner of the net. great goal. they had possesion, and few more chances. mbeumo scored from outside the box .

gameplay look really good. pace is spot on, it seems that player rating influence the ai game , and tactics are also considered , all for games were different to play. it reminds me of pes which is very good in my opinion.
i would like to see a little bit of agression and pressing from cpu, but overall it's miles ahead of the gameplay of eafc 26.
Sometimes headers could be a bit too powerful. And i know that ea sucks in ading phisicality and fouls in the game , and it's the only real issue with this mod. everything else is spot on , you made the game great and a joy to play. thank you very much for duing great work

Wait until tomorrow: the AI behavior will be much better! It will press you from the midfield, so you’ll need to build your plays from your goalkeeper!
 
I keep getting some beeps when attempting to launch from FMM. Which I think means a conflict? I don't have any other mods installed so it is bizarre.

If anyone else has had this with this mod, please pass on any solution...

I’ve only played one match so far, but I can already tell it’s improved a lot compared to before. The physical battles feel great — it’s challenging in the best way, and super fun. It’s a bit tough for me (in a good way!), so I have to fight the urge to turn on through-pass assist 😅

I’ll get to play more games today, so I’ll share some more detailed feedback later.
For now though, I just want to double-check a few of the recommended settings:

Anyway, your gameplay mod is seriously fun! :APPLAUD:
  • I delete FC26 in Temp before I start playing, just to be sure.
  • AUTHENTIC mode enabled only! Otherwise, my gameplay isn’t active.
  • I built the mod without weather mods enabled. Feel free to try them; later I’ll add updates to adapt physics to different weather conditions.
  • player-based difficulty mod is very overpowered—I don’t recommend it. My mod is already very challenging, even on Legendary, and with tomorrow’s new AI behavior and tactical positioning it will be even tougher. Also, I created this mod without the Competitor mod enabled.
  • Analog acceleration: up to you.

Amazing what you did in such a short time.The first games seemed a bit too heavy... later it seems to have improved, probably I got used to it after so many days with vanilla.

The grounded manual pass seemed very slow. I had to customize the speed from 35 to 45. It ended up more to my liking.

AI played well, I didn't win any match. The game tempo is very good. So is the AI. If you say there's already a better version, wow...

The speed relationship between attacker and striker is quite accurate, with a fast attacker being able to maintain dominance of the play in terms of speed, very different from the vanilla version.
About 2 or 3 times, the AI did some skills at unnecessary moments. Maybe you could take a look. But it was nothing serious, just a detail that could be refined, perhaps.
After I play more, I will try to help you with more feedback.

About the skill, thanks for the reminder — that was an oversight on my part. The artificially boosted skill will be disabled in the 1.8 update this Monday.

That said, this is only an Alpha. There’s still a lot of work to do, and getting such praise at this early stage means a lot to me!

After I read your information about turning off Player-based difficulty, I played 3 more games. It got even better. The AI seemed more natural and I didn’t encounter any unnecessary skill moments from AI. It's a important info guys.
Turning it off didn’t mean it became easy. I played tournament mode with Madrid and won 1-0 against Oviedo, drew with Mallorca, and lost 3-1 to Real Sociedad.

Man, I played these games with a huge smile on my face. No kidding. I don’t want to seem too excited, but it’s impossible. I just stopped playing so I wouldn’t get tendinitis haha

Shots and goalkeepers also feel incredibly realistic — the weight and power of the shots were deeply tuned to create a satisfying feeling, from the moment the ball leaves the player’s foot to the save or when it hits the back of the net.


I’m not sure if you feel it too, but I’ve put a lot of work into the controller feeling — the movement, passing, and player rotation all combine to make it truly satisfying overall.

Goalkeepers made very cool saves too. Especially one hand saves.
 
I've been trying out your gameplay. I've played a couple of games and I really like the pace. Maybe the players pick up speed a little too slowly for my personal taste. But maybe it's just my eye. When I launch FMM, your logo appears, but I hear some beeps sounds when the game is loading. Is this normal? Thanks, and thanks for the mod!

Seing this video, I can point that there's still some sliding and positioning errors, but the general pace is quite great. I bet you'll solve it as you get newer versions.

Yeah. That's it. But he made the mod and recommend with weather and wind off. Don't forget to set player based difficult off.

Maybe i will delete the temp directory, force a clean start in FMM and reboot every 1h of playing.
I'm quite sure that the different feeling started about after 1h of playing.

Hello! It seemed something similar to me, but I noticed a detail, during the game if I went into settings and made any change, no matter how small, the game sliders would change!! Alone! And I only noticed because I accidentally moved from custom to dynamic and suddenly everything was at 80, 20, 15 and the game felt wrong. After this, I manually returned everything to 50 and everything went back to normal. It may be this because it happened to me even when I made changes to the camera height, just going into settings was enough for this to happen. I hope you understand me, I don't speak the language very well but I want to contribute.

FC games are known for having issues with "momentum", game speed randomly ramping up and games going crazy, especially in career mode.. I don't think it's much different here in FC26. Last year mods were able to fix this after a while though
