TrueFoot — Kit Physics

Hi all. Quick one this time — I've been working on cloth physics for FC 26 kits. In the base game the shirts sit pretty stiff on the body; this makes them flow, lift and sway as players run. It's a visuals-only mod, no gameplay changes. Sharing the first public version — it's free, and I'd love your feedback.

What it does
  • Jerseys move naturally with the player — running, turning, sprinting
  • Subtle, realistic cloth motion (not exaggerated)
  • Plug & play — works with your existing kits
  • Lightweight, visuals only — no gameplay changes

Install
  1. FIFA Mod Manager.
  2. Import TrueFoot Kit Physics.fifamod.
  3. Apply, launch with the EA app Offline.
No in-game settings needed.

Early release
This is an early version — a first step. It already looks great in motion, but it's still being tuned, and future updates will push the realism further. Tell me what feels off here or on Discord — that's how it gets better.

Kit Physics is just the looks. I also have a separate free gameplay mod — TrueFoot turns FC 26 from an arcade sprint into a real match: heavier touch, real momentum, patient build-up, proper defending, a referee that actually calls fouls.

This looks a bit too much but its still significantly better than having now physics/ untucked shirts stuck on pants.

However, I don't think I can bring myself to play FC 26. The gameplay felt like ass, and so did the presentation and commentary. But they added Brazil to the game, so who knows. Maybe I will give it a try.

Yes from the video I saw on NExus Mods I also think the kit physics might have to be toned down a little.
Yet, as you say, they look better than the default ones.

:)) yeah you're both right, it's a bit much right now. it's an early version, i'll tone it down and make it look more natural in the next versions :) glad it still beats the default shirts though, thanks for the feedback

I really like how the shirts bounce though. I hope you don't tone it down too much, this actually looks nice like those PES 04 and 05 trailers where the shirts were bouncing freely! Even if yo udo update the mod, keep the old version in archives section of nexus mods. Sometimes I do like he wild bouncy physics.
