Evo 5 PC and WC teams

Newbie to the board but have been playing PES or ISS as it used to be known since '98 on PS1 anyway now that the WC qualifiers are over does the new Pro Evo have all the first time teams like Angola Ivory Coast Ghana and Togo in it?
