ERROR keeps scrolling down

Hi ive just installed my pc version, ive installed a nocd like i always do to protect my quality games, however now for some reason in the menus it keeps scrolling down as if the down button is constantly pressed in. anyone got any ideas? also it doesnt seem to identify my joypad. pleas ehelp as i had no probs with evo 5.

please any advice would be appreciated so i can start playing online. i hate having to load from disks thats why i always use no cds for games i play a lot like this and football manager etc

sorry i didnt read the above post relating to no dvd posts. however in my defence purchasing a game legally and then installing a no cd is not illegal (all i am trying to do is preserve my disk for as long as possible - after a few occasions previosuly having to re purchase copies of games.) so im not actually doing anything wrong. however if you feel i am still breaking your forum rules then delete theis message.

if konami dont want people using no cds then they should offer discounts to people who have bought originals and the disks have been damaged - obviously not through negligence. (only a suggestion)
