English menu text and commentary for PES 2013 PC?

Bought a copy of PES 2013 off Ebay. It's French/German language options only.

I know years ago there were language patches going around but I can't find any working links.

I'd be grateful if anyone can help with this, thanks.

Thank you so much, this was a huge help!

I'm also looking for the patch that installs authentic teams (EPL being the most important). Do you know where I could find that? I tried one called 'PTE' which was a Portuguese league load that had a bunch of other leagues, but once installed the game often crashed and nothing saved anymore.

I don't have any link to the PTE Patch for PES 2013 (it would be also my go-to choice if I found it!) but there's a link to the PESEdit one here: https://evoweb.uk/threads/most-recommended-patches-for-each-pes-game.89754/
