England kit in the files but not in the game???

This Question may have been asked before but,Do u have to win something for the england team to have there real kits?
Becuase the kits r there in graphic studio unnamed- 4701
they have the silver font aswell

No. They were supposed to be licensed but for whatever reason, they couldn't. Konami however have just left them in the AFS file but disabled them in game. You can enable them by using "Waterloo's tool"

Which version of waterloo tool we need to put that great England kits in my game? I noticed it is in the game too. I think we can insert it by using Game Grahic Studio software. What you think?

You can use DKZ Studio (DKZ DataBase Editor) instead WEditor to make it.

my DKZ DataBase Editor can't read the PES5.exe file and i can't find the bin files!! lolz...
