if you check PES 2021 Editing Section of the forum, there is a thread about a mod for FL2026. where in some posts. it's explained why it happens with certains kits made by some modders. Bodies files are always present inside PES2021/FL2026:

Bodies aren't present at all unless its for certain players like Neymar in certain celebration situations.

This is a big thing. If we ever see player bodies as standaard any company would be making a huge deal about it because that along with shirt, shorts & socks literally being placed on bodies is a big jump from anything we have seen before.

As someone whos done a lot working with 3D cloth models. its still too much to include just torsos for 22 players to work ingame. every skin model only has exactly what is needed so legs for example are only as long as the players specific sock length. Players don't have real pelvises. Collisions also change as you have full bodies to work with for real time, this will also evolve the type of injuries you can potential see.

Also so much work will need to be done to show stability with the shirts for all players for different shapes and sizes. Templates needs to change for everything to include hidden details on socks covered by boots. full shorts with elastic setup and real shirt models. It's annoying enough just getting models not to clip through bodes plus real cloth will have a ton of crazy stuff to figure to work stable over and over consistently.

I mean maybe with the rise of LLM this will be done at some point and PS6 consoles, 256GB video card i11 cards or something we should see this happen maybe but Konami are too busy rolling in microtransactions to try this.

Hello. Recently I played PES 2021 with no DLC just 1.0 data pack and I'm impressed how good the gameplay is. Very fluid, players are not slugish, responsive as good as PES17. What is all about? Someone has the same issue? Too bad all patches improved PES21 do Data pack 7.0.
