Keep in mind that Brazil's a country like no other in regards to licensing and contracts... The legislation needed to be changed so the country would abide to FIFpro which it actually subscribes (what an irony) and Clubs couldn't BS saying that they pay 30 as wager and 70 as likeness and imaging. This whole crap should be illegal, because it looks like it's sort of TAX fraud (players declare less, clubs declare less, etc) and when clubs don't want to pay players they claim their salaries are on schedule it's just the other stuff that's due. And also having to individually negotiate with every player to have them featured in a game is borderline moronic imo but its seems that only the biggest absurd goes sadly
I know, I'm brazilian, I know how things are bad regarding licensing in Brazil. My point is that there are loads of players already in the game, why don't place them in their actual teams? Why do we have to wait for updates? This doesn't make sense at all!
