This is just not functional realism but visual realism as well. It destroys ALL the effort they always like to put on graphics. No space being occupied in a HUGE part of the field is visually terrible.

I think they just prioritise online play and setup basic formations so online works and maybe they just rely on me to do the whole tactics .pdf for people who want the realistic gameplay.

The default formations are truly bland, poor and really don't show the games potential in any way.
 
I’m sorry but it’s crystal clear the game has prioritised the online aspect and the whole E football thing cemented that view.

Adding silly cut scenes in ML adds nothing to the actual mode when we all know it will be the same spreadsheet repetitive game it has been for over a decade now. FIFA done all of this a few years back with the managers and stuff and it didn’t do anything to stop the boring repetitiveness of the career mode...that’s what this is.

Trailers for PES always look impressive but when you take the skill moves out and the fact it will be human v human and not AI it’s a totally different animal.

This isn’t evolution, it’s a bit of lippy on an ageing former model who was at the top years ago. Fool me no more Konami

Well, the player movements have improved by adding more animations it looks good. Hopefully there is physical contact and a working foul system too. Just seen there baseball game its real impressive hopefully PES follows suit.

I am not surprised that, from ALL E3 presentations, only Konami fail to start a live presentation on time! Like always? Now nobody knows when and how will start live stream... Same old Konami.. same stupid errors every year.

I will be not surprised if again we have the same poor 760p or not 60 fps stream if stream start at all of course.
