Editing the Serie A teams names

Can anyone point me in the direction of how I can edit the team name for Juve, Roma, Lazio & Atalanta? Usually been able to find a guide to do most things online but I haven't been able to find anything about how to do this anywhere

I’m guessing if you don’t have a pc and can’t mod there’s no way.

At least that’s the position I’m in anyway. As a huge calico fan, it’s a significant bummer.

I'm on PC and I've been able to mod the game to add in some funky fantasy kits for the teams but I can't find any way to change the names

Fifer has a free mod (realism lite) to do it (as do a few others):

You have to edit the language file by db master.
