What i did:
In the "Scripts_UserOptions_Options_Graphics" File you got these lines in the low and medium preset:

Code: 
ClothSystem.ClientClothForceSkinned true
WarpClothSystem.WarpClothEnabled False

In the high and ultra preset you got these lines instead:

ClothSystem.ClientClothForceSkinned false
#Only have cloth rend side run on max four job cores
ClothSystem.ClientClothWorldThreadCount 8

WarpClothSystem.WarpClothEnabled True

So i just used the lines of the low and medium Preset and replaced the lines of high and ultra with them. Now its pretty smooth to me. Even when i pause the game its now very fluid for me. Before i had little stutters when i paused the game. So the whole time it was the clothes.

For all the modders who charge money for their stuff:
If any of you "Fu**ing greedy Patreon Modders" use this in one of your patches, then write my name in the credits and go F**k yourself.

I've been using the fix since you bro posted it here. It became an indispensable piece that any FC 24 player must have in order to avoid those annoying stutters in every cutscene.

Now after all these months, I came to this new and strange challenge that is related to the fixing mod. I know that a lot of people are migrating to FC 25. But for those of us that are still waiting for the price to be more fair, since we all know the first months of every annual edition it has a lot o bugs, some that will be fixed and a lot that won't, we keep open to new mods that the community are still launching, specifically to get our FC 24s updated with new season squads, faces, kits and all that stuff.

One of those mod is the well known "FIFER", now that some weeks ago it finally released the 1.0 final version for FC24. Now the strange and challenging thing I'm referring to earlier, is that when I use it together with cutscenes stutter fix mod, and I try to play any match that involves a Premier League team, it simple doesn't get started the match.

I've tried dozens of times changing settings in the game itself, loading different squad files besides the one that is packed up together the FIFER compressed mods pack, but none of those tries results in fixing this behavior. It just doesn't start the match, but keeps in the loading step with FIFER logo in the bottom center of the screen. And the strange thing is that the matches passes the preload screen out only when your cutscenes fix mod is disabled in my FIFA Mod Manager.

So I'm wondering if anyone using the cutscenes fix could check out in his installation in order to recognize this as a general problem or if it is something to do with my gaming PC...

any chance that you whip up RDBM24 to work (well) with FC25 Paul? They seem to take forever on these things, and I saw that you did it last year. If not, no worries.

Hello, Paul, can you tell me, please, in which file to increase the time of the penalty shootout in rush mode? (the so-called shootout is like in hockey) I just looked at almost all the files and couldn't find it.(((
