Driveclub can now (and apparently for a while) be played on a PC. And it is something spectacular, brings back memories and to think this came back I think 2014, I remember playing this and looking at the weather effects and being impressed back then and I still am. Definitely has aged pretty good with unlocked 60fps
Now, if we can get GT Sport / 7 to be also playable....

Driveclub is very cool and emotional-giving game ...
have you set it up and do you actually get it to run at 60? on shadps4 I can touch 60 occasionally but mainly i have it in the 40s and 50s.

I set it up but no clue what my fps is, I applied the 60fps patch and it runs smoother than without but cant tell if its 60 stable. Let me know what you use to check and Ill find out next time i go in. I added it to steam in order to play it from my xbox so Ill see if the fps counter works there

to check fps i downloaded a program called msi afterburner but there are other options too
there is an fps counter built into shadps4 though, if you press f10 during gameplay it will show you at the top of the screen
I can get bloodborne to run at a locked 60 but drive club is a nightmare. My pc is pretty powerful so it's not that. Hopefully as they continue to optimise shad ps4 drive club will improve
edit, night time races are a lot closer to a consistent 60
Sorry for the late reply, I checked and you are right, mine still hovers around the 40-50 mark. Its playable but hoping they can continue to expand and optimize the emulator.
thanks for the update mate. I can't wait for them to get it running at a consistent 60, racing games aren't really my thing but there's something really special about driveclub

It's true that i loved that game, graphically and even the gameplay was fun and not upper realistic but "credible" is the word.
I think that i never really get into that still superb graphical game (looks like almost a game from PS4 end but it was out on the debut.
Critics where too severe with it. That would have been the kind of racing game i'd love to play on multiplayer, online, but no one played it
I will re-ddl it on PS5, the game was already graphically upper good but i suppose that like others games that one will really get perfect.
It's probably the game who got the best rain effect of all, even non racing game :
Of course it's also a beauty even with other weather. I will get back to that one as even with a classic controller the game is very enjoyable and it gives you good feelings.
Also i don't know if you need to jailbreak it (i don't think) but already on a PS4 Pro it unlock the 60 fps feature. And if you put the PS5 on "cinematic" rather than "performance" you'll get others light effect, and it looks like there's ray tracing or That level of enhancement but not even. Thanks to remind me that this game was on the 3 monthly games several years ago, a decade.
