Does cpu changes its starting lineups when playing a masterleague?

Does cpu changes its starting lineups when playing a masterleague?I get inside simple setting and turn to pick players from stamina,then i go play the match,the next match my team starts again with the same players that are tired.Is this a bug? also com doesnt changes the opponent team lineups,always with same starting 11.Anyone notised this?

computer changes lineups, they just cheat with fatigue
