DLL Load error

I've uninstalled PES2008 as it ran really slowly randomly last night(worked fine on vista past 6 months) and now I can't install it because of a DLL load error?can anyone help pleasE?

i had this problem so i just reinstalled then rebooted and it was fine.

Maybe It was due to lack of the dll file. So if you could find the dll file shown the error message in the internet and then download it. And paste the file into system32 folder.
