dkz studio in english?

I donwloaded dkz and it was foreign so I downloaded the eng 'patch'

But I dont know how to work it?

how can I get an English langauge dkz studio tool?

Add this file into Language folder in DKZ then open DKZ go to options/configuration/languages..thats all

If you can't navigate to the right place to change the language Just rename your english.dsl to the one thats in use. If its in spanish delete the spanish.dsl file and rename your english.dsl to spanish.dsl.
