Deleting unlocked players

As the title suggests, is there a way of deleting the players you have unlocked from the shop?

Reason being, I want to keep the game as real as possible and I'd rather not face the likes of Pele and Dennis Law in my master league.

If you're talking about PES6, there is an option to disable classic players before starting a master league.
