Deleting online profiles?

Hi could someone tell me how to delete your online profiles as mine has been screwed up from all the half time crashes:roll:

oh and for those people that said wait until the 1st of Nov for the servers to be fixed....well its the 1st now and no improvement really :shock:
 
I know exactly how you feel about the servers mate.](*,)

I think profiles have to be 7 days old before you can delete them, thats the way it was on pes5 anyway.
 
what annoys me the most is the fact that 1 in 20 you connect and have an almost perfect match, the rest you cant, thus in my opinion this is a far bigger problem for konami to fix as it is intermitent, and not a constant one.......direct ip connection ftw....not to konami change your servers and your front screen login it sucks...2000 people no longer play online its more like 200,000 and at the mo its 20
