Decent England performance for once

His crossing didn't seem so bad against Israel, but maybe that was becasue he had a bit more space.

Ashley Cole was pretty awful at times, gotta agree there.


Russia impressed me generally, some good moments but in the first half they didn't close our players down enough. The hustled a bit more in 2nd half and had a good spell. They were unlucky to have their goal disallowed. I enjoyed the match, we actually looked decent for once- exciting to watch, been a while! BUT... we were still very lucky, they had a few crosses that they should've put away and if their goal had stood it would've been a whole different game.
