Database updating for PC (pes2008)

I was looking for a thread that discusses about transfers to do in the pc version of the game (a list updated daily) and a thread that discusses about team creation, like boca juniors, shaktar, sao paulo... but I haven't found them. Can you link me a couple of thread please?

I noticed that the in-game editing is far more detailed on the ps2 game, but I want to modify my PES as well!
