Man, this is so unfair to him. I refuse to believe he did that on purpose, more like a bad day for La Brujita. Amazing how things get out of proportion and the guy really becomes hated like that in his own country.

no bad, the fight with veron fell well in his image for some people
but fell bad when pekerman design him to be the captain of argentina, the captain should be ayala in the mundial of germany
today argentina hasn't a "3" (or yes, emiliano papa but he isn't a very good player or he hasn't a category for playing in the selection)... sorin was a good player in the team, and since he does't play more from the selection, argentina doesn't found a good player to replace him

yeh, it will be hard to find a player to replace him, he has a very unique way of playing, roaming all over the picth with great sense of positioning.
