Comfortable lead for Cruzeiro, but I don't doubt Gremio fighting it back at the Olimpico!

In the other Semi I'm almost sure Nacional will turn things around and advance to the final.

You were wrong yesterday :P
Lets just hope you are wrong today too ;)

Yeah I know
Uruguayan teams are always difficult at home, I'm surprised Estudiantes managed a win over there.

Anyways, good luck for you today!

Yah I lost a bet with a friend thinking Nacional will turn it around at home as well. :P

Good luck to Cruzeiro. Would love to see them in the final and win it.

To me, Cruzeiro is absolutely favorite, and will be interesting see CruzeiroXEstudiantes again, they played in the group stage, and each one win one with a good difference. (3-0 and 4-0)

Thats my old friend!! :D

Cruzeiro is throught to the final! yesterday they draw 2x2 agasint gremio.
cruzeiro opened a 2x0 advatage in the first half wich barely closed the deal for the minas gerais team.
in the second hald gremio draw the game but they would still need 3 more goals to win it.

The finals will be
8jul09 Estudiantes-ARG x Cruzeiro-BRA
15jul09 Cruzeiro-BRA x Estudiantes-ARG
*Theres no away goal rule in the finals

I fuckin hate these crazy rules of Libertadores. That cost Fluminense the title last year :(

Anyways, congratulations and good luck in the final!

Ê Cruzeirão véio!!!

I gotta admit didn't expected to see us in finals, I'm mean from the beginning of the season.
But the games vs. São Paulo and Grêmio were superb, the players were really giving themselves, and I was there in both games :P

Nacional is too weak.. I still cant believe Palmeiras couldnt win and pass T.T

anyway, Cruzeiro is doing well and is absolute favorite on the final
Kleber is an amazing player, when the team needs he goes and makes the difference

but Veron and Estudiantes FTW!
so Kleber can come back home next year ;p

Here in Chile, the Copa Libertadores doesn't matters us, cause we have a bad service of Network, we have a channel names Fox Sport, here in Chile, to watch the match, there's have to join to a Premium Service, meanwhile in the rest of the countries, they watch them in the normal service, the normal servic for us is the premium,

Que Ganhe Cruzeiro !!!

so Kleber can come back home next year ;p

U wish!
aint gonna happen soon m8...if he leaves Cruzeiro its gonna be to a big European Club, some say Liverpool or Lyon, but Lyon just got Lisandro....

and BTW, Cruzeiro is his home now...also u should be rooting for us, since he said that he would like to win it for the "palmeirenses" too...

Well, long time no posts since work and study took most of my time (if not all of it...), but, since i didn't play PES as often as before, I'll stick with this comment for know...
Cruzeiro has a top-class player, Kléber. He's in an outstanding form this year, what a player. Every game, he gives his best for the team.
Next week, I'll be at Mineirão to watch my beloved club win his Third Copa Libertadores... Forza "La Bestia Negra"...
And, just to point out, it's sad to see that almost no one out of Latin America follows the Libertadores. Ppl only wants to know of Brazilian or Argentinians players when they sign for their clubs, but don't give damn for the clubs they came from...
Well, said that, nice to see some folks around here... Long time no see, PLF...
See you later guys...

That game was great yesterday, but for the coverage I blame Conmebol, this was supposed to be our Champions League, but they don't give a crap about some countries, that have absolutely no prestige with Conmebol.
Not to mention Mexico, they have the Concacaf champions already don't they? If they want them in, should invite all Concacaf champions too.
The promotion is bad 'really really bad' (another MJ quote, we're inspired :P) but the games are great, specially international ones.
@ brunnoce, I think I'll be there too, I got my Papafilas.

I support to Cruzeiro, cause my team, Universidad de Chile played with Cruzeiro, and they won fairly, and I don't like Estudiantes de la Plata, the unique team that I like og Argentina is River Plate.

And another thing, Copa Libertadores is very commertial, it musn't have an sponsor in the cup, the last was Toyota, now Santander, or Abby known in other countries (I saw in F1 races), Conmebol now it's like a mafia

Agree fec'ing Fox Sports, the worst company ever, they re killing fútbol, i used to watch a lot Libertadores cup, even i was in final games, but since they broadcast in Chile, the interest here is lower. They make premium division only in chile.
And unfortunatelly Champions League will pass from ESPN to Fox Sports.

And about final, Cruzeiro has good chances and will play in home, but Estudiantes is a good team and can give suprise. My pronostic Cruzeiro will win.

And here's another bad year for a brazilian team in Libertadores... brunnoce and sauce, I feel for you and I know how you're feeling really

But it's a good thing for Veron, who's a fantastic player approaching the end of his career, to have lifted this trophy.

There is no conspiracy or explanation for why brazilian teams can't succeed in Libertadores.

I can tell about the Cruzeiro campaign, I've said it here that I didn't believe that Cruzeiro wouldn't make that far.

Cruzeiro chronic problems cost us the game yesterday, there was no over confidence or other crap like that, was pure football.

Cruzeiro have no players that can physically dominate a midfield, our DMFs are short and weak, all the left backs of our squad can't defend, including the 'real' left backs that are injured.

Cruzeiro was physically dominated and that was it, pure football.

Rentboy, I'm not that sad, I mean I was at the stadium and the atmosphere at the end was sad, but since I've been PLFed I've been more open minded to football, and I've seen these Cruzeiro problems way back at the beginning of the season.

Congrats to the argentines that were superior.

Yah it's nice for Veron to add another huge highlight to an already stellar career.

It's my honour to be be back in touch with you Brunnoce and Sauce, my old friends. :)

beacause in the world cup 2002 in the match versus england he plays bad intentionally (bad passes, throw the ball side), because he had to go back to manchester, where not wanted... in argentina this history is known.
