Hey guys and girls,

So I use Fraps to record the footage of my goals and then use STOIK to make the file smaller but the quality still isn't perfect. Could any of you reccomend some codecs to use to get a small file size + really nice quality?

div x or xvid.. both decent compression without reducing the file quality too much.
