Cant read DVD

my optical drive (sony DW-Q120A) have problems reading the disc. It makes a noises (clack clack) but it cant read it.

Any solution to this?. The official support doesnt answer my emails.

had the same problem yesterday, have to buy a new dvd-rom today (lg mine)
do other dvds work as normal?

buying another drive cant be the solution. fuck starforce. It is easier to download a game from warez than make an original work. How can it be?

since you've bought the game, i guess you can download the warez and use the key provided on your game

it sucks though, i symphathize with you. you're probably unlucky to get a dodgy dvd

the game doesnt have starforce it has SECUROM

well, i just need the nocd but it hasnt been out yet. I could return the game but ive already registered the serial, so maybe they wont change it.
and konami support dont answer my emails.

I assume you've already tried installing the latest firmware for your drive?
