Can't Load any OF after 1.4 Patch

Hey dudes

We my problem is with Konami Patch 1.4 ...
I can't Load any Option File after I've Installed this Patch ... It says "Can't Load Data and it is from different version"
I Tried Every new OFs but it doesn't Load any of them ....

plz help me if u Can ....
