Can't go online

Hello I've trouble to play online. (I've bought PES, It's not download). I can't connect. What's the trouble?

I did everything , portforwarding.com try everything , still doesn't work .

- PORT IN router ,notworking
- uncheck UPNP . not working

I am sick and tired that I Can't even pass THE TEST CONNECTION .
