cant get online with bt homehub

hi i have just recently changed from my bt voyager 2091 to the home hub and i can no longer get online, im using comofo firewall and i have opened all the ports in there that it says to but still have no luck, the only time it works is when i disable the firewall which is strange, anyone be able to help me out?

i have the hub and can get online without opening the ports.

1) What firewall do you use?

2) Do you have an AMD Dual Core Processor?
