cannot install patch

im trying to install the patch however i get this message during the installation 'You do not have sufficent privileges to complete this installation for all users of the machine. Log on as administrator and retry'

thing is i am the only user therefore the admin too. what can i do?

p.s. im using vista

Rightclick --> Run as administrator.

That should do it (also for some other programs when you encounter problems btw)
