Can you not save squads?

Everytime I goto a match the squads reset to default..

Is there no way to save them because there isn't in edit mode. So it means you play against teams with the wrong players in them :(
 
Noted's talking about the default rosters, you can't edit them so they would load up correct instantly. Playing against the CPU is probably gonna stink.
