What is the best PES6 PC patch available? Will there be any significant patches coming soon?

What is the difference between patches and option files?

I'd go with either the Evolution http://forums.evo-web.co.uk/showthread.php?t=38058 or Super Patch http://forums.evo-web.co.uk/showthread.php?t=25696&highlight=superpatch.

These patches do not have the Turkish super league though..

I think I'll go for the Super Patch.
