That's because I wasn't playing to give the defence an outlet to pass to, and to set up plays down the wing ;) I'll be on after the Liverpool match if I can't get any CL games.

So what position do you guys prefer? I seem to play best in wide areas - had a great game as Kaka though last night in CAM - scored the first in a 2-0 victory.

It's so rewarding scoring a goal in 5v5 knowing that you're keeping to your position and playing "properley".

Also, do you all use the "Rep" system? I've complained about a few sore losers.

Right wing for me. I'm pretty rubbish up front, not TOO bad in centre midfield but nowhere near as good as people who play there regularly. But RM/RW is definately my best, I think I'm pretty good there ;)

I do use the rep system yep, I bad-repped that Lil Dan 14 for being unsporting :)

Feel free to add me - I went on last night around 10 and hung around waiting to play any of my massive list of 3 friends but alas they were all busy.

Ended up playing a single player game and coming back from the dead against a decent Barcelona player with 2 last minutes goals to win 3-2 :-)

I'm not a big 5v5 fan, I keep saying I'll try to get into it but I never do. It's just a bit traumatic when you get four people on your back because you couldn't hit a cow's backside with a banjo...

I'm happy to play 1 v 1 too if you ever fancy it. I personally find 1 v 1 more stressfull but at least you have destiny in your own hands!

The more I play 5v5 the more I hate it. There's definately something not right with this game mode! It just seems to have an even worse response time than normal. Like, 1 second of lag whenever I play. When I play a random ranker afterwards, the difference to me, is unbelievable :(

Hello Sagi - I see your from Israel. My Wifes from Rishon, Netanya is a bit furthar north isn't it? on the way to Haifa? nice to see an Israeli on here :)

I am also not very good at 5vs5 :) You will get better just keep playing.

Netanya is a actually in the middle of the country and yes, it's on the way to Haifa.

THink you are right Tim, but to be fair, 10 players online with comms etc, its a pretty good effort (when it works).

I played since 10 o clock and I love it. It changes from the solo mode.
I prefer to play on wings or defensive midfielder and I'm becoming good now.
The thing I hate is being with people who play alone and never passes to teammates. It's worst than boring.
Once, I played with great people with Liverpool, in a short passing system, it was amazing. We won 8-0 :).

You have to anticpate a lot. It's difficult but that's the key to success.

I find 5v5 is more responsive than playing 1v1 for some reason.

Yeah the response time is pissing me off too. I guess you can get used to it but it really screws with your brain. Like I'm 5 meters from a guy and have to start my trick or else I'm just running straight in to him. And when you're running home to defend and you unexpectedly get the ball and press like a maniac to clear the ball or just turn around, but it's to late because of the delay and your opponent takes the ball and scores. That happens all the time to people and looks so retarded. Great game though...

that happens in 1v1 online to, suppose it is something they need to work on

Today I played a 2 vs 2 with free positions. It's more tactile and I like it.

I get the thing where it only shows my favourite team and their rival team the whole f*cking time... Could it be because I switch the cable between the 360 and PC? When I'm going to play on Live I just switch it from the PC to the 360, maybe that's why I get that all the time. Really annoying, doesn't help if I plug it out and in again either. Oh well, just keep trying I guess.
