does anybody know why there is the official bayern munich licence with the correct kit for this season but without the sponsor´s logo on the shirts?

Likely to be the fact T-Mobile sponsor the German League itself, so probably the same reason the unlicensed German League is replaced by League C.

on the german cover of the game itself there is a picture of santa cruz in a bayern shirt with the t-mobile logo...?
