I like rush more.
I much prefer Conquest over Rush, as Rush relies too much on getting things done quickly and you have very little time to think - Rush is therefore very aptly named. Conquest just seems far more open to me and gives you more scope to explore and take out individual targets not associated with nod particular area of the map.
pc version has more players. straight from the horses mouth

you cant play online with a pirated copy though.
Stats bug got to me last night. Apparently pretty commonplace now. Everything was reset when I booted the game up. It was the first time trying out normal MP after bumming the Vietnam MP since it came out.
Some folk say the stats come back at random points, or if you get killed 1-4 times. This hasn't been the case personally. Got the game last month and was on level 19. Don't think I can be arsed starting from scratch, the disconnections from matches recently (I keep getting booted out, every other game) have been enough to grate on me as it is.
because you need a legit cd key thats on dice/ea's database. the agme also needs online activation. Why?
you mean a camper man
Nope. I'm Assault class all the way. Just prefer having a 4x scope.
Same here. F2000 with x4 scope and smoke grenades are amazing. Something's happened to this gun since the last patch, I previously never used it because it was weak at anything other than really short distances, but now it's really effective.
The tactics you can use with your classes are amazing. You can directly help your team mates, but also use certain weapons etc in less direct ways. My mate and I decided to lay down a couple of ammo boxes and stand on top of them before bombarding the enemy objectives with smoke. You automatically reload your two grenades, meaning you can repeatedly fire as many as you want over the target and surrounding areas. This helped other team mates to make inroads towards the objective, set it, then get out again. It turned a game we were losing into a game we ended up winning. Just a shame we didn't get any points for creating the opportunity for others to take the objectives.

Haha yeah, if you were on 360 I'd have no probs with that, as I need those two Achievements, too.
I've done this too and it's quite an effective tactic, and I actually got a couple of kills by hitting the enemy with smoke grenades. Shame that smoke grenades are widely neglected in the Battlefield community, or at least I seem to be the only person that uses them. It's probably because smoke grenades don't earn XP for the player, but they can help win matches which is good enough for me.
I remember when I used to use smoke grenades all the time back in the COD 3/4/5 days and all I got was whining American kids moaning at me because they couldn't see anything.
Did you 'spot' the objective as they attacked it? That would have got you some bonus points.
