with my last statement i just meant to laugh about what people usually says about italians. There are a lot of stereotypes about us italians, and there are a lot of chauvinist people in europe
finally, what i meant to say when i said that i find stupid do not support a football player because of his attitude or his policiticans ideals, was that we're still talking about a football player.
who cares if he's an idiot? we have to talk about his ability on the field. In my opinion, players like maradona and best are good examples of what i'm talking about. U can say maradona is an idiot, a stupid, chunky, arrogant, coca addicted ...... but this doesn't means that he wasn't the greatest of all. I don't like maradona as a man..... but i enjoied so much his plays

I can't tell u if buffon is a racist or not, as long as i don't know him (even if i don't think he is, according to what i wrote before).
But what if he really was a stupid nazi? Well i sure would consider him an idiot.... but i still would consider him the greatest gk in the world, enjoying his plays...... that's all

The article says that, when buffon were criticised because of the choice of that number, he replied that he chose that number just cause it looks like 4 guts.... so by choosing that number i meant to say that i has guts (what seems very silly to me... but is still better than being a nazi

Actually i believe him for a simple reason. if u choose that number because of his "nazi meaning", then
it means that u want the world to know wich are your "ideals"....... so why deny those ideals, why lying, when people just ask u why u chose that number?
EDIT: btw mate, what Milanista said about the difference between nazism and fascism it's true. People use to think they're similar just because mussolini and hitler were on the same front in the WWII, but this is not correct. they're quite different..... both disgusting, but different. Fascism is not about antisemitism. Do u know that Mussolini was a socialist at first? do u know how many italians were brought in german lagers? I suggest u to make a research on google tipyng the name of Salvo D'acquisto. Or even make a research about what italian soldiers made in Cefalonia. Theese are just 2 examples of wich were the italians feelings about nazists.
And do u know were jewish people went to escape from the inquisition during the 13° century.... yes, here in italy.
Moreover fascism doesn't exist anymore in italy (apart 4 idiots like di canio), and the ideals of italian extreme right, today, are quite distant from fascism...... and this is told by a proud anti-fascist\ socialist
