BAL Coach Points Focus Points

I know they move your abilities up , well the Green coach points do - but what do the White focus points do ?

reason I ask, I only had 1 Green coach point for speed so half way through last season I wanted to get that ability up, so I added 5 focus points to the 1 Green one to fill the bar. The speed ability bar was about the 25% mark when I did this, I finished that season and I am now more than half way through the this season and I would say the Speed ability bar is now about the 70% mark.

My average score last season was 6.7 , this season its 6.8 so getting good scores for games but looking at the Speed ability, it looks as though it will be well into next season before its filled.

That being the case, what difference do the White Focus points make, having added 5 of them to the 1 Green coach point and very little movement of the Speed Ability bar.

well... it does effect your growth...btw, if your stat already high enough... it should growth slower than other.

do you think having a good rating in a match will get you more growth? i only see red mark as my growth...not like in PES 2010 where u can see different color for match bonus and training bonus. also a mach bonus seems so small for growth
