I agree. I think these are two specific issues, with many shortcomings in the game. The OP should know if there are any notable changes after their testing.

Yes, I am playing career mode with this mod and I feel it have better and mix with my slider also. Its good combo for me now!!!

I tested 2 games on my career with Madrid.
No fouls and it felt easer to tackle. CPU become less aggressive. Much less.

The OP didn't specify which mode to play in. The folders with the gameplay files for simulation mode and competitive mode are separate. I don't know if he tweaked just one mode or both.

I played mod with slider, I feel its ok, have better, such as CPU aggressive more, high pressing and hard to score.
