Arsenal Thread

Nice one, great result. Looked for a bit we might let it slip, but in the end we got the deserved win.

lazyforken I think the Ramsey loan is only for a couple of months so he can get some games in.

Top of league!!! ;))

It's til January, just for a month to rebuild his fitness.

Good performance today without Fabregas, Vermaelen and Van Persie. Us and Chelsea drew here this season. Wenger out etc.

if you didn`t see the game , don`t ! Theo n Vela had a handful but only vela manages to slip infront of goal :COAT: from a sweet backheal pass from robin . Everyone seemed very rusty...maybe it was too cold .

Wellington ready to complete move in January

Ipswich in the Semis, if we fuck this up then we really do not deserve to win anything.

Of course Keane will be psyched up for it and so to his team, so it won't be easy. But still, we have to put them to bed early in the first leg and get on with things.

He's probably on about Wilshere sitting in DM when he's more of an AM in my opinion.

What's happened to Vermaelen?

Vemaelen is injured until the new year unfortunately.

Wilshere will still push forward somewhat and Song if he has any sense will stay back, although he likes to fly forward everynow and again

It's never an unbalanced side though....I'm sure he was joking?....i think?

Mutd don`t play today, We`ll be on top more than a day  Nothing is wrong with the line -up I put. 4-2-3-1 has been what Wenger calls " defensive" . Anyways , Nasri is speaking loud "I can steer this ship" :BOP: . Again the 2 CBs` have some explaining to do... We played some fantastic Football going forward . The Emirates was louder than usual :BOP:

It's fine against relegation fodder but otherwise playing two nominal strikers in a 4-2-3-1, when you have a midfield of Wilshere and Song, is risky IMO.

A Rosicky or Denilson in place of RvP or Smack would be better but that's just my view.

It's no way 'horribly unbalanced' though. I can understand what you are saying, but to say it is that unbalanced is a bit far.

If song would stay back, then it is perfectly fine. Wilshere is capable of playing a bit further back and coming forward.

It is a very attacking team, but i think it can do very well against any team, just depends on the defence.
