Not if Chelsea are first.still hope you lot come second.![]()
Wow. Didn't think you played that badly, it was just your final ball and finishing that stopped you scoring really and we were clinical on the break. It was just like the CL semi last year.
Unlucky anyway, still hope you lot come second.![]()
Get Mannone back under the crossbar.![]()
yeah but as a fan your spirit is down and as normal getting banter from utd mates is hard enough rooney is looked as the new English Messiah even though imo he deserves player of the month. In perspective we wont play utd, chels or pool in a few days time again so all is well ,but we won`t be in control it will be for chels and utd too lose it.
It's far from over, a bit knee-jerk to say you can kiss goodbye to the league in my opinion.
Erm, you've got Chelsea next weekend!![]()

Huntelaar doesn't involve himself enough in the buildup to be a success at Arsenal.I think that there is no point having Clichy and Sagna constantly moving forward and crossing when the target man is Arshavin or Nasri. A real target man with you guys would be lethal.
Can't you guys get Huntelaar since he is (again) unhappy in Milan? It would be so sweet.
School boy defending + 1st class opponents = tragic scoreline.
It really is that simple. What angers me the most is that going forward we actually did quite well. On another day, Arshavin could have had a brace and Song could have picked one up. However, it was a complete irrelevance as we decided to gift three goals.
In truth, United could have had three more and we wouldn't have much to say about it. I don't mean to sound bitter but we made Nani look good for their first. Half arsed attempt at doubling up by Nasri and Clichy followed by a quarter arsed challenge by Denilson and then Almunia throwing it into his own net. Appalling. Sunday league stuff.
Rooney's goal was fabulously taken and all credit to the guy, but if you look at how we were lined up for that we were actually in a good position to deal with his run. But, not one Arsenal player bothered to track him or even try to challenge. It was as open a chance Rooney will ever get against a 'top 4' side.
What it takes to win at this level is to bust a gut to get into the best positions, even after playing and feeling the 20 odd games you've played already. Rooney knew that, that's why he got there. Our team defended like monkeys and so we were handed another humbling defeat.
And from there on it was game over. I'm not even going to bother with their third; a catalogue of errors suitable for a kids training video on 'what not to do in defence'.
A win at Stamford Bridge and a win against Liverpool is now the minimum required to have any realistic chance of finishing top. The one comfort to take is that we'll have almost all our difficult ties out of the way by the middle of this month.

He's just a finisher, so Arsenal would have to change their gameplan to suit him.
