Are my specs good enough to play PES 2009 thanks

Hello guys I got a new computer for Xmas it's specs are

AMD ATHLON 64 X2 4600+ Dual Core 2.41ghz
2.00GB of DDR2 PC6400 RAM
Western Digital 320gb SATA Hdd
and a Gigabyte ATI Radeon HD 4650 1GB PCI-Express X16 DX10 Graphics card

I am going out tomorrow to buy the game and then will install the latest patch which i think is the evolution patch

Will I be able to enjoy the game and evolution's patch in my native resolution of 1440x900 at a constant 60FPS with AA and AF on
