Is this gameplay playable on player career? Because someone told me that the IA aren't the same between player and manager career.

It is available yes, it's just that player career can result in some different behaviours due to the fact the CPU is mainly playing itself a lot of the time. It's not exclusive to my mod or anything, it's just the way the mode works that can change some of the behaviours.

You can absolutely still use it and benefit from it, it's just something to keep in mind that's all.

Okay, okay, because I'm facing a major problem and I think for anyone that have played player career have already faced it. The problem is that our defenders aren't pressing at all and are just standing there waiting. Then I saw your gameplay and I thought that would fix in a certain way the problem. Nothing like the opponent defenders who are doing well.

What you're describing in general is part of the reason player career isn't always great but try the 'more pressing' positioning alternatives. There's also the aggressive step up options which can help too.
